BREWERS INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

The Inland Northwest Rail Museum would like to invite your brewery to attend the second annual

Ales2Rails beer tasting event on October 11th, 2025 at the museum just outside of Reardan from

2 pm- 8 pm.

Brewers will be set up inside the museum’s restoration center. We have space for 12 brewers

this first year and are inviting you to be one of them. (Applications are accepted on a first come,

first serve basis.) Cost for the public to attend is $30 that includes 5 tastings (5.25 oz each), additional tastings can be purchased – 5 tastings for $5 or 12 tastings for $10.

This event is a fund raiser to support the continued efforts of the museum to preserve and restore railroad cars, locomotives, and memorabilia from railroads in the Inland Northwest.

Brewers are to bring four 6th kegs, two of each product (beer, cider, seltzer, etc.). We ask that

you would donate one of the 6th’s, we will buy the other 3. Ice and tables will be provided as well

as bottled water for brewers and guests. Each brewer will be contacted for their ice/cooling requirements.

Refreshments will be available and we will provide brewers with meal tickets for the

event.

The event is inside the museum and guests will be allowed to tour the museum, tour the museum train and take a ride on our 2-foot gauge train during the event. Security will be provided.

We look forward to working with you to make this event a success. Should you have any questions.
